Meet the Cast:

Susan JohnstonCollins

It is such a gift to tell this story again! Favorites here include The Birds and The Bees and Mending Fences. Thank you Liz, for your continuing trust and friendship and to my Love and Light, Jeff, for our beautiful life together. May the laughter and tears we all share tonight help to heal our spirits and troubled world. Simon, this is for you…Enjoy!

Sarah Machin Gale

Sarah is a Toronto-based Alberta-born actor. This season will be her 6th at PSFT. She’s happy to belong to this theatre community & feels fortunate to spend time ‘in Port’ during the summer. During her career so far, Sarah has performed all over Canada, the UK & Europe. She’s worked on small & large stages, outdoor and site specific, small screens, physical theatre, musicals, new works & classical. Sarah has voiced audio books, audio dramas & the occasional on-board voice system. Thank you for showing up in person to support live theatre. Sarah would like to dedicate this performance to Simon. “Thank you for giving me a chance, & supporting me to keep on coming back to play on this stage.”

Danielle Nicole

Danielle is very excited to be re-joining her Beaver sisters for some more laughs and tears in this hilarious remount. You’ll also see her later in the season in The Perils of Persephone. Some favourite shows: Moose on the Loose (Magnus), Sexy Laundry (PSFT), Into the Woods (Capitol Repertory Players), The Vagina Monologues (Stage West). When she isn’t acting she is an administrative assistant for Bhatia Music, a communications coach, and also works in experiential learning in the fields of medicine, law, social work, management, as well as the pharmaceutical industry. Much love always to her very supportive family, especially Amin and mom. This show’s for you, Simon. xo

Rennie Wilkinson

Rennie is delighted to be back at PSFT with this amazing group of women in this hilariously charming play. Most recently she performed with SMILE theatre as Mrs. Hudson in The Detective Disappeared. Over the past 36 years Rennie has performed across Canada & the USA but treasures her free time at her cottage on the shores of Lake Ontario.
